2. PROJECT DEPOSITS

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Prior to commencement, deposits may be refunded within 14 calendar days of payment, minus administrative fees of 5%.

3. MILESTONE PAYMENTS

Payments for completed project milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the client after a milestone has been delivered and approved, no refund will be issued for that milestone.

4. FULL PROJECT REFUNDS

A full refund may be issued if viewportforge fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the contractually specified timeframe, provided the delay is solely attributable to viewportforge and not to client-caused delays.

5. SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly or annual service subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for prepaid periods will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused time, minus any setup fees.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Submit refund requests to [email protected] with your project reference number and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

viewportforge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarragona, Spain.
